Delay in Returns & Refunds
Due to increased safety measures, we are experiencing a 2-3 week delay in processing returns, which means it could take 4-6 weeks to see a refund. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. Rest assured we are working diligently to shorten this timeframe while maintaining the highest safety standards for you and our team.
We know these are unprecedented times, and because safety is top priority for all of us here at prAna, some of our retail stores remain temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. But fear not, we’ve made some short-term changes to our return policy that will hopefully make your experience a little easier.

We are now extending our normal return window to provide an additional 60 days on all purchases made after January 1, 2020. This means that purchases can be returned up to 120 days after the original ship date. And as always, any purchase made at a prAna retail location may be returned online for a prAna merchandise credit. You can initiate your return here, or simply contact our Customer Care Team through our Contact Us Form.

If you return your merchandise within 60 days of the ship date with the original retail receipt or online packing slip, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.

If you return it after 60 days with the original receipt or packing slip, we will issue a merchandise credit at the original selling price. If you do not have proof of purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit at the lowest selling price, and will need to see your ID to complete the transaction in our retail locations.

We only accept returns purchased from prAna.com or our prAna retail stores. prAna merchandise purchased at independent department stores and dealers must be returned to the location where it was purchased. prAna will not accept returns for clothing purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, or from The Renewal Workshop; accept returns of final sale items; nor accept returns due to misuse or neglect.

When using the prAna return label, $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost or return shipping.
Our exchange process involves two separate transactions. Just return the item(s) you want to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items.

  3. prAna retail stores cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made with a Friends and Family discount, or purchased at the employee store.
  4. If you do not have a store nearby, you may return your in-store purchase online for a prAna merchandise credit. When you’re ready to send in your items for return, simply fill out our return form and print a return label. If you choose not to use our return label, you can send us item(s) using your own method with the return form included. Note that if using your own shipping method, prAna is not responsible for the returned package until it has reached our warehouse.     • We cannot issue a refund back to your original form of payment for in-store purchases returned through our Customer Care Department
    • All items purchased in-store at 60% off or greater are Final Sale and will not be eligible for return/exchange.
    • Through 12/31/20, Influencers will be allowed to use this same process.
When returning a gift, please print a PDF return form and mailing label. Send in your item(s) using the mailing label or your own shipping method. Because this is a gift exchange, please do not include the original packing slip. Items returned without proof of purchase will be refunded to a prAna merchandise credit at the last price sold. Your return will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days after of being received.

To place your exchange, wait until your return is completed and place a new order on the website with your prAna Merchandise Credit. In case the merchandise credit is less than the cost of the same item, please contact our customer service team and we would be happy to assist you with your exchange.
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact prAna customer service through our Contact Us Form and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form/label. Mail the completed form with your item(s) to Borderfree, our international shipping partner. Borderfree will credit your account when it receives the form and merchandise. You will also receive an email to confirm that the return has been completed. If you selected to pay duties and taxes at time of delivery (COD), you will not be credited for original duties and taxes paid.

International orders returned directly to a prAna store or sent to prAna.com will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs. We encourage you to use the return label we can send via email, you can contact our Customer Care team through the Contact Us Form.
